Step 1 Consultation:
This is the initial meeting between the client, designer and project manager. We’ll discuss your overall vision for the space, take key measurements and pictures and discuss your budget.
Step 2 Proposal:
Following the consultation, you will receive a customized proposal for your project. The project manager will have gathered pricing for materials and labor, identified lead times for material availability, confirmed if permitting is required and created a timeline. A proposal including this information, design boards, floor plans and a rough timeline are all presented to you for your signature.
Step 3 Project Begins:
The contract is signed, all selections for the project are approved and ordered with the designer, so it’s time to get started! Our Client Care Coordinator (CCC) will provide updates and check in with you frequently to ensure the best experience possible. Should hurdles arise, and they will arise, the client is contacted right away not only with the problem, but with proposed solutions.
